In accordance with our authorized retailer agreement with Environ Skin Care, all purchases of Environ products require a skin consultation prior to sale. By purchasing any Environ product through Justiss Atelier LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

- Upon placing an order for any Environ product, you will be contacted by Justiss Atelier LLC to complete a brief skin health questionnaire or consultation.
- Justiss Atelier LLC reserves the right to delay or decline fulfillment of Environ orders until a consultation has been completed.
- This consultation requirement is mandatory per Environ's authorized retailer policy and exists to ensure the safe and appropriate use of Environ's active formulations.
Mesoestetic Cosmelan Professional Treatment
The Mesoestetic Cosmelan Professional Treatment is a clinical-grade depigmentation system intended for professional use and requires a consultation prior to purchase. By placing an order for this product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

6. Shipping Policy
We ship to all 50 US states, however please note the following:
- Free standard shipping is available on orders over $250 within the contiguous United States only.
- Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska do not qualify for free shipping and will be charged applicable shipping rates at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Justiss Atelier LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns & Refunds
