Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping Eligibility

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $250 or more, subject to the following conditions:

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, Justiss Atelier LLC ships within the United States only. We currently do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to assist you, however please note that all claims for damaged or lost packages must be filed directly with the carrier. Justiss Atelier LLC is not responsible for filing claims on your behalf.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and building management. If the package still cannot be located, you will need to contact the carrier directly to file a lost package claim. Carrier contact information will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Justiss Atelier LLC is not responsible for packages lost or damaged due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes, however once an order has been shipped we are unable to redirect packages.
