Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Free Shipping Eligibility
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $250 or more, subject to the following conditions:
- Applies to orders shipping within the contiguous United States only
- Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska are excluded from the free shipping offer
- Free shipping eligibility is based on the pre-discount order subtotal. Promotional codes and discounts do not count toward the $250 free shipping threshold
- Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when the order qualifies
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, Justiss Atelier LLC ships within the United States only. We currently do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
Carrier Delays
Justiss Atelier LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier once a package has been handed off for shipment. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Justiss Atelier LLC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by delays in delivery.
Lost & Stolen Packages
Justiss Atelier LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages at any point during or after transit. Once an order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier, all responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. This includes packages that are lost in transit, delayed, misdelivered, or stolen after delivery.
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Justiss Atelier LLC will not issue refunds or replacements for packages reported as lost or stolen after the carrier has marked them as delivered or in transit.
Justiss Atelier LLC is not responsible for packages lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We are unable to redirect or recall packages once they have shipped.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us immediately at hi@justissatelier.com with photos of the damaged package and its contents. We genuinely want to help and will do our best to work with you toward a resolution. While all formal damage claims must ultimately be filed directly with the carrier, we will do everything we can to assist you through the process and find a solution. Justiss Atelier LLC is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit, however we are committed to making sure you feel supported.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes, however once an order has been shipped we are unable to redirect packages.
